Fudgey, creamy and sweet! One of the quickest
and easiest desserts to make.

Base of torte:

2 cups raisins
2 cups walnuts

Combine in a food processor until it is
a creamy mixture, well blended and moist

Remove from the food processor and mold onto a plate in a round circle about 1 ½ inches thick.

Frosting:

1 cup dates, pitted and soaked
½ lemon, juiced

In food processor, combine dates and lemon juice until smooth and creamy
Spread frosting on top of the torte

Some people like this at room temperature but it is also good colder If you refridgerate it for a few hours.
