½ cup walnuts

½ cup pecans

1 cups pitted dates

¼ cup cocoa powder - or carob

Grind up nuts in food processor with S blade first into dust
Then add dates and cocoa and carob powder

Process into a dough

Roll into round truffles

Toss in a cup to coat with either…

Hemp seeds (my favorite!)

Coconut flakes

Or Almonds (or any other nuts) ground into dust
