Green Bean Almond Salad

 


Trim green beans and cut into small lengths
Toss with slivered raw almonds and mung bean sprouts.

Alissa's Honey Mustard Dressing:

1/3 cup olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
1 clove garlic
2 TBSP. raw apple cider vinegar
2 TBSP. raw honey
1 TBSP. ground yellow mustard seed
1 1/2 teas. sea salt
Blend all ingredients in blender.
